Music selection: We provide access to our Music Database, assisting each client to curate a playlist that seamlessly paints a sonic portrait of their special occasion. Whether you prefer Top 40 hits, Soothing and Romantic mixes, or Party Favorites, we got you covered!

Wedding Rehearsal: We attend the wedding rehearsal and assist the coordinator with the music and timing of the event.

Sound engineering: We master the sound for every single event, ensuring clear and consistent output for both the speakers and the microphones, ensuring the best public address for the attendees.

Announcements and Grand Entrance: We coordinate with the photographer and day of coordinator to ensure the wedding or event remains on the timeline schedule.  

Microphone coordination: We'll direct the flow of the event and coordinate the microphone usage to ensure announcements, toasts, and speeches flow seamlessly throughout the night.

Timeline creation: We work hand-in-hand with the clients to create a comprehensive timeline that outlines the entire evening. This includes music selections, special events, and any other important activities.

Coordination with venue: We thoroughly coordinate with the venue to ensure proper setup location with electrical outlets is available and that technical details are taken care of.
